PEP® is an effective and proven approach to work flow management. PEP® is not a seminar nor is it done in a remote location. The PEP® program takes place within your own company in your actual working environment.
The PEP® program consist of two short theory blocks in which the basic PEP® principles are presented and discussed after which each participant is individually coached in their work environment. In addition each participant receives a number of follow up visits over 2 to 3 months by a certified PEP® coach to help the participant implement the changes they desire. It is not enough to only read about PEP®. It is an action program. Every step in the process is implemented in practice.
Following completion of the PEP® program, each participant receives individual follow-up at 12 months after the last coaching session.

Your team works remotely from multiple sites: field sales people; experts who work remotely in the field; remote teams of field technicians; specialist teams who are allocated to different sites; teams of consultants who work on client sites; mobile teams of all kinds; teleworking teams; networks of agents, etc.
Individual PEP coaching and counseling sessions can be organized using electronic means of distance communication.
The following modules can be included in all our services or be carried out independently:
Team PEP® – Team-PEP® focuses on the structuring of information and work processes of teams. Individual efficiency is a basic requirement and thus an additional training module for those who have not done PEP® themselves yet. Depending on the situation and the wishes of the client the team aspect can be limited to common electronic archiving.
Flex PEP® – Flex PEP® is for anyone that needs support in adjusting their work routines to the new way of working in the flexible environment. For anyone who is transferring to flexible working hours, distant working, frequent travelling or desk sharing.
Cascade PEP® – Cascade PEP® focuses on the utilization of PEP® trainers to facilitate the Program while the client acts as coaches. PEP® representative trains and certify the client personnel as coaches.
